Top notch and dividends paid out every month. I’ve invested with the person behind this fund (Chris Seveney - 7E Investments) in multiple projects over the years and I’ve always made a profit. One fund that lasted 3 years came out to about 24% annual. Would most definitely continue to invest with him and his funds that are focused on mortgage notes.
